02 these pieces are one-of-a-kind, freely formed sculptures that capture the motion of clay as it wants to move. each piece is unique, and therefore cannot be replicated. the combination of thin clay, highly strenuous movements, and high-temperature firings make them susceptible to additional movement in the kiln when they are fired.
03 by placing an order to request a custom list, you agree to these conditions and understand there is no way to predict exactly how one will look when finished.
04 if the custom order does not meet the client’s satisfaction, and the client would like it to be remade, the deposit will be retained and the work will be made available for the artists to sell at their discretion.
05 small cracks, that do not compromise the structural integrity or the visual aesthetic, are commonplace and will be sealed in order to ensure the longevity of the work. the presence of large cracks will prompt a discussion with the artists on how the parties wish to proceed.
05 cracks (big) that are beyond repair (and/or are deemed heinous) will prompt the work to be recreated.
